Working conditions of the battery system

 

1 ) Ambient temperature of battery test system:

     Charge: 0C~60C;

     Discharge:-20C~60C;

2) External environment temperature difference:≤5 C;

3) Environment humidity of battery system:10%~90%RH;

4) It is recommended to maintain more than 20% SOC in operation, and avoid full charge and full discharge.

5) When the battery system is not in use for a short period of time, it is required to maintain more than 60% SOC and store in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse at 5 C ~45 C . Conduct charge/discharge test and monitor battery status at least once a month, including total battery voltage, battery cabinet voltage, temperature, voltage difference, temperature difference, insulation resistance, SOC etc.; if any problem is found, after-sales maintenance personnel should be notified in time for troubleshooting.

6) In the process of battery loading, it is required to move gently and prevent dropping, tumbling and impacting.

7) Do not store upside down or lying down; do not expose the battery pack to sunlight, rain or water for a long period of time

8) In the process of operation, daily maintenance and inspection must be done strictly in accordance with the requirements.

9) Ensure that the battery system is operated or stored away from flammable and explosive materials and a high-temperature environment

10) It is strictly prohibited to run a battery system by force in the status of a short circuit, overcharge, or high-temperature alarm.

11 ) It is strictly forbidden for users to disassemble the battery system without permission.
